Aljaz not hanging about in qualifying, obviously wants to minimize his court time after last weeks exertions!

Takes the qualifying win 6-2 6-3   Served for it at 5-1 but didn't want to embarrass his opponent too much.

 Hope he avoids Evo and Kedders in the MD.

An excellent set of results for Aljaz, and lucky for us he has avoided his fellow Brits in the MD. And not a bad draw in sight:

R128: (Q) Aljaz Bedene WR 94 vs Jan-Lennard Struff (GER) WR 63 (CH 46 Oct 2014) - scheduled 3rd on Court 8 tomorrow (7pm GMT approx.)

R128: Dan Evans WR 43 vs (Q) Ernesto Escobedo (USA) WR 108 (CH 104 earlier this month) - scheduled 2nd on Court 7 tomorrow (5pm GMT approx)

Interesting draws and all winnable! No H2H results across the piece it seems, overall it would be nice to see 3 wins.
