Went on the app to check the score and it was MP. Fantastic week for Mr Bedene. Whatever your view on whether he should/shouldn't have been allowed to represent GB, it clearly had a huge impact on him mentally. Let's hope this shows he has been able to put it behind him at last. Even though its 'only' a net 50 gain, 125 points gives him a real boost and a great platform from which to try to secure FO entry and at least have a chance to defend his R3 points from there last year. Really I'm very pleased for the lad.

Very happy for Aljaz and it must be such a relief considering the final here last year was pretty much the worst day of his career. I hope this has laid a few ghosts and he can really kick on and have a big 2017, definitely proved again he is a top 50 talent when he is fit and focused.
