Can't complain with those opening draws, no matter who comes through to fill them out.
Gabi, Katie & Katy are all in the same quarter, and they all in the same half as Freya; Harriet the odd one out.

What a remarkable draw with half the 8 qualifiers up against 4 of the 5 Brits.

And with 3 in the top quarter. The other ( and clearly first ) match in that top quarter is (1) Arina Rodionova (AUS) vs Naiktha Bains (AUS) - but hailing from Leeds.

Tjandramulia is a very solid player, but Gabi's A game is better. Dzalamidze is a top 100 doubles player (and semi-finalist last week with Kudermetova in Kuala Lumpur), so it will be interesting to see how Freya fairs against her. Katie and Katy should hopefully be too good for their opponents, and Stevenson is... well Alexandra Stevenson, a law unto herself.
