Time for an MTB as the Argentines take the 2nd set 7-5. Have to say that Soares will be regretting a simple volley he missed at 4-4* 40-40 on the Molteni serve. Had he made that voley, this match would be in the bag by now.

Are you watching it on TV? What is the channel called, maybe I can find a stream next match.

I think Bob in Spain may have actually been watching it in Brazil, hence the TV viewing!

Am I watching it on TV ?  Yes.

Where ? In Brazil.  The channel is called SporTV3

I doubt you will get that outside of Brazil.  They are currently showing Caspar Ruud v Carballes Baena.

Found a great stream, thank you so much BiS. ATP 500 doubles never gets shown by normal means.

With a fair sprinkling of Brazilian interest in the doubles, I am sure you will get to see a lot more.  As you probably now know, Marcelo Melo's match is currently being shown.

Glad you found a good stream.  Coverage on TV is not all day, but hopefully you will get the right matches to watch.

Kubot and Peralta are two of my favourite players, so loving this match. I remember from reading Bruno's tweets in the past that Brazilian TV always want to show his and Melo's matches, but because they are not streamed they can't. Clearly they can find a way in their home tournament.

SF: (1) Jamie Murray & Bruno Soares (BRA) CR 15 (7+8) lost to (3) Pablo Carreno Busta & Pablo Cuevas (ESP/URU) CR 60 (20+40) 6-4 3-6 [12-10]

Jamie & Bruno, being at 7-9* in the MTB, saved at least a couple of MPs and then had MP themselves at 10-9*, but not to be.

It's a lottery, 2 sets and a tie break

Anyone watching the singles semis tonight ? Casper Ruud is a talent to watch for the future. 18 years old, ranked 208, more than holding his own against Pablo Carreno Busta WR24

Yes, he has a very good and consistent forehand and an excellent temperament. Worth noting Josh Paris won a set against him late last year though!

He's lost a match point and is into a decider here though.

His game has dropped off a bit a lot since that MP. Up to that point, he had been fantastic. As the Brazilian commentator said "jogando como um veterano" - "playing like a veteran".

MP came with Busta serving at *4-5 30-40 with Ruud already having won the first set 6-2. Ruud put the return of serve into the tramlines and since then Busta has dominated. Ruud hasn't won another game and Busta took the set 7-5. He now leads 4-0* in the decider as well.

Exactly 12 months ago, I was watching Ruud playing the Murcia futures where sadly he had to withdraw when winning with a wrist injury.

Final set ran away from him 0-6. Such a pity, but the former junior No 1 did well and we'll hopefully see a lot more of him in the future
