There's a lot of interesting wildcards in the qualis: unfortunately, quite a few have drawn each other but that's how the draw goes.

Anyway, good luck to youngsters:  Anton Matusevich, Joe Tyler, Ryan Storrie, Will Davies, Luke Hammond, Max Stewart, Barnaby Smith ...

Nice to see Josh Paris here too

Gray, Cannell, Whiteford with wildcards?

Tempted - but google maps suggests 1h 34 with no traffic. Might go to Shrewsbury next week

 Only about 45 mins for me but am at work all week cry hoping to go to Shrewsbury on the Wednesday that week though as I'm off.

 Don't bother with Shrewsbury, nice club but the spectator viewing is dreadful.  I went 2 years ago, never again!

 Sure you're thinking of the right place?  There's a line of courts with a cafe with a glass wall beside court 1, so you can see that clearly but not really any of the rest as you're looking down the line of them.  There's also an upstairs viewing gallery where you can get a good look at the 2 middle courts.  It's a reasonable size area but the viewing windows are quite small and depending on the number of people watching it can be quite hard to get a spot where you get a good view.  But agree, very nice club and friendly venue.

Shrewsbury is a great venue, but viewing on the main courts near the balcony is great. The far courts are not great to watch.
