Serve not firing as well today and that makes her so vulnerable. Makes her rush the rest of her game

Got away with the second set having missed a couple of sitters on set point. Not to be in the end. Worst serving performance of the week and was really on the back foot throughout.

Still, defended a chunk of her points and comes out the other end of her toughest period points defence wise for the year ranked about 105. Pretty good going all in all I think.

Only Kuala Lumpur to worry about (110pts) but otherwise it's all an even spread really across the season. Plenty of opportunities to get back up fairly quickly.

Yes, what I caught was a good contest albeit Naomi's serving wasn't firing on all cylinders. So close :(
