What sort of doubles rank would Joe need to get to be considered for a Wimbledon doubles main draw wild card?

As we have lots of good doubles players, I think it will be more about position in GB rankings rather than overall ranking.

Ken/Neal, Jonny Marray, Bambo, Broady, Glasspool, Salisbury all chasing doubles wildcards.

Always rememembering the likes of Kyle and Evo, who will each be up for one if they need and want it. Though with their likely high singles rankings, if they have a decently ranked partner such as say Evo with Kyrgios, less chance this year they will need a WC.

After the top 100 leading 6 ( J Murray, Inglot, K Skupski, the retired Fleming, N Skupski and Marray ) the order on Monday, after some good successes this last week, will be :

7. Luke B

8. Brydan K

9. Joe S

10. Aljaz B

11. Dan E

12. Scott C

13. Liam B

14  Jonny O'M

15. Andy M

16. Lloyd G

Luke is now top 200 with Brydan, Joe and Aljaz top 250. The likes of Scott and Liam would really need to push their rankings higher to be in consideration over top 250 and 'names'.

Obviously some are more concentrated doubles players than others, e.g. Luke and Joe. Also Brydan plays both to a good challenger level and with his months out last year he has the opportunity to rise quite a bit in both singles and doubles rankings by Wimbledon.

Joe up to 216 now, not far of his CH. A semi Final in San Fran might be enough to reach the top 200.

Not British, but I think worth a mention too that David O'Hare is up to a CH 131.
