Got through to the QF anyway and Luke has so far added a further net 12 points ( 18 - 6 ) and in live rankings is currently up another 9 places to live 181, passing Sekou ( finalist here last year partnering Dean O'Brien ) among others.

Could be the #2 seeds, Baker & Monroe, next.

Joe and David win the first set of their FQR match 6-4.

The top seeds and ridiculously strong team for a challenger Peralta & Ram amazingly lost in the first round, though to be fair Nedunchezhiyan has won an ATP title this year.

Well done to them - presumably they get qualifying points? (Never quite worked out how doubles qualifying worked, as there are so few tournaments that do it). And glad to see that Mr Bambridge and Mr Segoura took advantage of their draw. Next round likely to be Tour-level more than Challenger-level, so will be an interesting test.

That's super! Well done the team. Harrison and Tiafoe next, which is probably harder ... but if you can beat the 4th seeds, why not beat an unseeded team, too.
