How did Farris and Lukas end up with 2 L16 matches, win them both, and end up playing against themselves in the quarter final?

The walkover was for Jonathan Binding and Neil Pauffley who now play Farris & Lukas in the 1/4 final

Neil & Jonathan are jammy buggers:  they get the benefit of another walkover!

Ollert retired when he was a set down in his L16 singles match.
