Emily won her match after 3 extremely close sets yesterday against En Shou Liang (TPE) winning 5-7 7-5 6-4 meaning she has moved into the single QF's. She will play Xin Yu Wang (CHN) tomorrow.

Good results in the doubles too with Jodie and Emily beating Eleonara Molinaro and Himari Sato with a great match tiebreak score 6-3 2-6 (10-1). They will move into the QF's and play Hurricane Tyra Black and Astrid Wanja Brune Olsen tomorrow.

Ali and her partner Jule Niemeier (GER) also moving into the QF's as their opponents Mai Hontama and Ayumi Miyamoto pulled out giving the girls a W/O into the QF's tomorrow. The duo beat Patricia Apisah partnered with Sina Zuger which looked as though it was a hard fought match 7-5 7-6(7) on Sunday.

Max and his doubles partner Simon Carr (IRL) take out Zsombor Piros and Mikhail Sokolovskiy in the boys doubles winning 6-4 3-6 (10-3). Good tiebreak score there too. They will be facing Emil Ruusuvuori and Michael Vrbensky tomorrow.

Finn unfortunately lost 3-6 3-6 to (8)Alexei Popyrin (AUS) in Round 3 boys singles.

Good luck to all the Brits playing tomorrow!

If anyone wants to follow the live scores this evening go to www.tennisticker.de/aus/aus3089/sb.html - Emily is on at 10pm GMT, while Max is in the consolation event. Also of interest is that Joanna Garland has joined Emily in the quarters. She has or had an English base for some of the time, plays occasionally on the British Tour and has one British parent, but has opted to play for the country of her other parent (Taiwan/Chinese Taipei).
