Great performance from Dan and I really liked the way he was willing to take on the large Aussie crowd (which I think actually got their respect). He got a bit at lucky at *5-5 40-40 in the third when that rain came just when he was in a bit of trouble but he had the presence of mind and the gumption to stop playing in between the first and second serve, thus getting a first serve on the restart, even though the umpire didn't actually want to stop play at that moment.

R3, R3, R4 in his last 3 slams. He belongs and the big stage and doesn't he know it.

As an aside, the "Evo" edition Uniqlo white t-shirts are now sold out in three of their five sizes on the website! If I was a marketing guy for them I'd be spotting an opportunity to forsake a downwards trajectory Serb for an upwards trajectory Brit ;) ;)
