Wow, why can't we do that kind of increase the Swiss have just done?
Not only that, we're headed south again towards the 2000 mark this week: -50 on the first take, with only Jo capable of scoring further points to be counted next week.

Yes, and Jo can only rise a maximum 5 places even if she wins the title this week and then at Wimbledon we have such as Katie S and Katie B trying to defend or not able to defend R1 wins.
Actually our race 24/06 figure ( our top 10 score for the season to date ) is still under 1900 but yes injuries and form dips may well begin to show things up rather more.
Need to stick with my more positive longer term thoughts. Although I far from write off this year and where our average may end up ( given that race figure ), this time next year ...

Big jumps in opposite directions for Spain and USA, USA led the way only a few months back if I recall. And austria fall massively in a week when one of their guys played Ilkley Challenger final - no justice!
With no-one now who can add further points for 01/07 our women's OER live 01/07 figure is 1988. Hopefully just about stay under 2000 before the Wimbledon fortnight.
after the heady heights of 12th, the others rushing past us again. With only 4 players in Wimbledon, not sure we will see much upward movement this fortnight, do we have anyone losing big points from Wimbledon last year?

Yes, Katie B is starting the Wimbledon fortnight with a -28 place loss, and Katie S -43. Katie B's loss will only grow, Katie S has to win her first round match to recoup much of hers. So much will depend whether Harriet or Katie S, in particular can win a first round match, otherwise we are are likely to fall outside the 200 average for sure. A Heather win would be good too of course, and move her nearer the top 100 again, but with a smaller effect on reducing this -71 place drop.
KB and KS are due to lose most places. A win for KS or HW or HD would deal with any damage. Still under 200 average - imagine if we had the top ten fit.
Women's OER live average is 199.9 so would you mind at least beating Ash Barty please Harriet, thanks, or doubt any chance that's going to hold under 200.
Men's live average is 205.1 so also getting closer to 200 from the other direction.
