Lost the 2nd set by the same score though and is a break down at 1-2* in the decider.

Still time to turn this around Liam. Vamos.

Liam won 6-4 in the third, great last rally must have been 50 shots. then screamed at the top of his voice and his opponent refused to shake his hand because of it at first initially. Don't know if something had happened earlier in the match as I only caught from 1-2 in the decider!

But does anyone have any idea why his doubles semi has been pushed to tomorrow?

He's now got his singles final, his doubles semi and then (potentially) his doubles final all one after the other......

It's causing Luke problems with his Q matches too, as per other thread.

He fought so hard to recover the first service break in the seventh game of the decider, only to drop his service again in the very next game! hmm

Yes, good for Liam to get matches in at this stage and hopefully his level can build towards the higher level he no doubt seeks. Got to be looking for a much better 2017.

By the way, the ITF stats indicate that Liam was serving second in the final set, which would tie in with it being on serve at *3-4, though the ITF folk have been known to get things wrong.
