At least Naomi got the win and adds a net 5 points to her ranking points total with 18 for reaching the FQR replacing her 16th counter of 13.

Qualifiers get 25 points. Hopefully Naomi can step things up

Naomi serves 71% 1st serves, yet only wins 5 points on serve in the set losing it 6-1.

The good news is Karolina Pliskova has withdrawn so unless they have changed the rules Naomi will be in as a lucky loser if McHale beats Falconi.
