The data is easily available on the ITF site so why are the WTA finding it so difficult?

I saw that on the WTA site, but Katy is talking about the ITF  confuse

I was thinking something was up and for some reason she was actually going to lose these points on some ITF transgression. Hence my original "Why?"

Anyway, certainly at the moment the Navi Mumbai QF 9 points are in her total of 160 points.
