That said, I will be very disappointed if Andy doesn't win it. I think some people are expecting too much in expecting him to beat top 10 players like Ljubicic and Davydenko just yet - but Wawrinks is typical of the players near him in the rankings whom he will HAVE to beat in order to rise. We can't hope for him to meet lower-ranked players all the time.
Wawrinka is a good player, but Murray will edge him here I think. In the DC, Murray won more points than Wawrinka, he simply had a horrible start, and failed to convert the big points. And lets not forget, this is a hardcourt now, Murray's fav!

Pretty sure Andy's still 18 until May.
I think it will be a tight match as Wawrinka isn't a slouch but, if Andy can serve well I think he'll have too much on a hard court for Wawrinka. I've went for Andy in two, but it wouldn't surprise me if it went to three.

I had it as the previous game starting at 11p.m. (GMT), so Andy starting some time after midnight (0.00 GMT, 1a.m. CET)
Can anyone confirm?
Regardless, I have the cushions, pills, defibrillator, and most importantly whisky, prepared.
P.S. I know it's not the most apropriate place, but anyone know how I can change my user name. Given that this is now established as a place for reasonably minded people, I'd like to use my real name, but can't find a way in "my profile" to change from RidRed. Call it vain, but, I'd like to maintain the fact that I'm not a total newbie . (Think I was the first to use a defibrillator!!)
Miami is 5 hours behind us so 5pm their time is 10pm GMT. Andy's match will start at around 11.30 pm GMT.
I'm the only one who's able to change usernames so I'll do that for you.
I will hopefully be around to follow the match though maybe not all of it. I won't be able to get on here till about 11.45 GMT and I might not be able to stay for all the match due to an important interview tomorrow, but I'll do my best.
By the time I'd sent a PM, you'd already changed it!
So, RidRed is now Keith.
I'm intending being around tonight, watching the live scoring, so if anyone can provide comments on how the match is going, I, for one, would be very grateful. Not looking for scoring (providing the live score holds up!), but opinions from anyone who can watch it live.
Thanks,
Keith (formerly, and never again, known as RidRed).
There will hopefully be live commentary from a contact I have who is going to Miami fo a couple of days this week. Hopefully I will be around to relay it here.
