Curtis had several set points in that first set, at 5-3 to him, I think it was.

Shame he didn't manage one, could have been a different match, but a good show against the well-ranked quali player.

Marcus is 3rd seed in the main draw, with the two other Brits unfortunately drawn against each other!

Marcus and Robbie also in the doubles together, starting tomorrow...

We've had this one before:  he has "EGY" next to his name on both the ITF & the ATP draw sheets, so I've given up on him until such time as there's more convincing proof that he's a Brit!

I wonder what targets Jay has set himself next year? His momentum is building...

Would like to see him get a few WCs for GB challengers next summer.
