Break, save break points, miss break point

*2-1

Could have done with going up a double break there, but it was a super second serve to save it.

Super serve brings up 3 match points..

GSM to Em and Ankita 75 62

What a wonderful performance, and a chance to play one of the best teams in the world on their home turf.

Seems to be a good crowd in for this event.

Picky but these are QF matches

Gosh, the Chans really are incredible aren't they? The combination of brutal power from the back and deft touch around the net is quite something to watch.

Em and Ankita played very well to go up an early break at *2-1, but that seemed to wake the Chan's up, who are now well into their stride and leading 2-4*. Our girls are playing at a decent level though, they've stepped up for this and are giving it a good go.

Good crowd in today, and national TV coverage as well.

Earlier, Naomi and Ipek won in straight sets 62 64. Naomi played very well.

Em finds a bit of rhythm on her serve, and consolidates the break

3-1* second set
