Yes, very good performance. And back in front in the race !
Good stuff
I think technically the season race finishes after the 02 so Andy's 275 point Davis Cup deduction will be potentially rather more relevant to the year-end ranking.
Bit confusing but does seem that Andy could win this season's race due to final points from last year's Davis Cup Final ( plus a few othat events ! ) a competition that no longer earns ranking points. Maybe rather anomalous, but anyway hope that it's a rather bigger post O2 gap for Andy than that.

Last few games were simply stunning, and anyone who takes to court wearing the type of shorts Cilic chose to put on, probably deserves to take a beating, haha.
Speaking of Brunei, I just took a look at the main pages for the O2 players, which resulted in a quick hurrah for four of the players among the top 12 at - or eligible/asked to be at - the O2.
The four are Andy Murray, Kei Nishikori, Rafael Nadal and Dominic Thiem, all of whom actually reside in the countries where they were born or have lived much of their lives, rather than in a tax haven. Stan Wawrinka is in a group by himself (with Federer) since yes, he lives in a tax haven ... but he actually comes from it. Whatever one's views on levels of taxation (I'm not going there!) contributing to one's society by paying some level of tax is part of the social contract. That Mr Murray does so is yet another reason why supporting him is a pleasure.
On a more tennis-focused note, Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares have just taken the first set against the Bryans 6-3.
