If she changes her grip during rallies so that it is effectively a double forehand ( or even double backhand ! ), yes.
Otherwise maybe a conventional double handed backhand and a guide hand remaining for her forehand.

Yes, if the same hand is at the back for both shots it's not ambidextrous, just a basic double-handed shot on both sides (little girls often adopt a double-hander on both sides to get more power, especially if they've learnt with a slightly too big racket or too heavy balls).
