Nice to see Amelia testing the waters of U18 tennis at 13, Teodora her first round opponent is an allegedly ambidextrous 18 yr old, does a double handed forehand and backhand count?

If she changes her grip during rallies so that it is effectively a double forehand ( or even double backhand ! ), yes.

Otherwise maybe a conventional double handed backhand and a guide hand remaining for her forehand.

Yes, if the same hand is at the back for both shots it's not ambidextrous, just a basic double-handed shot on both sides (little girls often adopt a double-hander on both sides to get more power, especially if they've learnt with a slightly too big racket or too heavy balls).
