Different ITF sites disagree about the nationality of Abdul Ahmed, with the livescore having him as Kuwaiti and the other as Brit.

But, for the sake of this tournament, it hardly matters as:

FQR: (q1) Abdullah Maqdes (KUW) WR 1640 (CH = 496 in February 2013) def Abdul Ahmed UNR 6-0 6-1

And the ATP site has an Abdullah Ahmed, who's two years younger, "inactive" & a Kuwaiti!  confuse

Just in case the young man is a Brit:
