But Jocelyn Rae and Anna Smith are seeded second in the doubles here.

Yes you do! It's just a bit weird and unintuitive.

Edit the first post of the thread that you started.
Then look up top, and you'll see the title bar for that post can also be edited. (Highlighted in yellow below)
