I still wish I had truly got a chance to see that third set, but my tennisTV decided to play silly. Too much usage on this login - what are you whittering about !!? So anyone tell more of the story please.
As I indicated I thought he was great earlier on, moving well, in control, consistent, fearhand working well and just too good. I am assuming he didn't get back to that level again or else Gasquet got unexpectedly good.
Much to continue to be encouraged as to how he can basically dominate a very good player. Pity he hasn't seen it through today.
Carreņo Busta has beaten Stephane Robert in Moscow, which means Kyle will be a Top 40 player on Monday morning. Need to check my predictions for this year. I know I was ambitious with my prediction for Kyle, but I think he has surpassed that already.
Edit
Had him at 47 for the end of the year. With 90 points to come off in November, I might not be far wrong, unless he beats Ferrer again and goes on another run next week. Pity the rest of my predictions weren't anything like as good.

So excited to see Kyle beginning to establish himself in the top 50 and again to be in a position to put Gasquet away, this time in 2 only to stumble, shows that there is so much room for further development in his game.
