We have a GB double title and a first title for both on tour.

Very well done to those two, beating the no 3 seeds and the No 1 seeds on the way

Brilliant, so pleased for them.  Nothing like a title to give a player a confidence boost.

Congrats to Victoria. As said yesterday, she's had a hard time and dealt with it extremely well (2-3 years out with wrist injury, just when she was breaking into the top 200, and then went to uni to get a degree in Medicine/Pharmacology. Only just come back to pro-tennis).

Worth noting too that of the second round matches, where only Alicia won, the only other match that was 'winnable' from a GB perspective (not on paper, but in practice) was Hannah McColgan against Ivanova. Very close match. Two completely different styles. A couple of key points here and there deciding it. So well done again to Hannah for pushing the finalist so close.
