A Press Association journalist there says she had to retire because she was feeling unwell.
In fact, 3 of the first five R1 matches to finish ended by retirement, including both matches on Hev's court. It's hot (33C) but not that humid so maybe a bug is going around? Of course, the retirements could be completely independent but that's probably the least worrying explanation for her if it's true.

Edit: no sound and I've just realised it could have been an on-court coaching break instead - she could have just been looking like she felt a bit rough because it's hot and she often does! (hope that's all it was, anyway)
