Bar first served for the match at 5-0!  Pity Scott couldn't quite keep the momentum going. hmm

Is anyone else having problems with the ITF Livescores site. I can't connect. It was fine yesterday but I just get an error message today.

"The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."

Then it tells me to try again.

 yes, I'm getting the same messages, whether I try from the main site, or my bookmarked page, or an individual tournament via the ITF main page.

For me, the new livescore web pages are down.

But the old live one, with all the tournaments on it, is working fine.

Pleased to know it's not just my work PC!  smile  I've also been unable to print off the main draw for Columbus via either the ATP or the USTA site.  furious

That won't work for me!  I get the message:  "The web site declined to show this web page - Most likely cause:  This web site requires you to log in"!  The tab also says "HTTP 403 Forbidden"!  confuse  furious

Sorry,SC.

As a techno-challenged one, I don't understand why I copy and paste the website address that's shown in the box but it comes up differently.

I don't also understand why the website address has the first part in black and the second part in grey.

The site is up and running and says:

*scores.itftennis.com/index.php?alias***=itf&layoutid=72&versionid=1&language=en*

but only the itftennis.com bit is in black (the rest all in grey)

 

AND I typed it all in long-hand and it still autocorrected.

So i've now added some asterisks - just to confuse it !


i.e. that's the address that appears if you take out the asterisks

I am equally IT-illiterate & I get very frustrated when the cyber world thwarts my wishes in ways which are completely beyond my ken.  Just to be clear, the negative emoticons weren't aimed at your attempt to be helpful, but an expression of the aforementioned frustration, which bubbles to the surface whenever things that were working perfectly adequately one day go badly awry the next!
