I don't know how far Tiff got, but she didn't make the final. Winner of the trophy and $10,000 is 14 year old Chris Lyutova who defeated WTA230 Shymanovich in the final.

Liutova (who's officially changed the spelling of her name on various tennis sites to Kristina Liutova but also it still Christine Lyutova) is the very talented Russian youngster (born 2010) who hasn't been able to travel outside of the USA for the last two years, because of US nationality applications problems - supposedly there's been a big hold-up in the application and she'll lose eligiblity if she leaves USA soil. But it's been a major problem in terms of finding tournaments of her level.....
