First time I've seen Holly Hutchinson's little (although as tall as Holly if not taller) sister in an international event, albeit that she does play regularly in the UK.  Maybe now big sister is away in the States it'll be Scarlett's turn.

There have been a few pics of Scarlett with Holly, and yes, she is quite a bit taller, even at 14 ! She's been doing well in the UK, so hopefully she will now progress on the international stage

I hadn't realised she was only 14 so no wonder we haven't seen her playing internationally.  Given her height I just assumed she was closer in age to Holly.

 She'll be 15 in two day's time ;)

And probably more than 4" taller than her not-so-big sister

Full results from Benin:

R2 (L32) Arran TRAINOR (GBR) UNR (born 2001) def. Luis Afonso PITA (POR) [15] JWR 2175 6-2 6-3

R2 (L32) Julian ROBINSON (GBR) [3] 6-4 6-3 Sylvestre MONNOU (BEN)

R3 (L16) Frederic COULIBALY (CIV) [4] 6-0 6-4 Arran TRAINOR (GBR)

R3 (L16) Julian ROBINSON (GBR) [3] 6-3 6-3 Dharmil SHAH (IND) [13]

In the doubles:

R2 (L16): Delmas N'TCHA (BEN) / Julian ROBINSON (GBR) [1] 6-4 4-6 [10-8] Dharmil SHAH (IND) / Arran TRAINOR (GBR)

That singles result is 14 year-old Arran's first ever ITF points, I believe. Well done to him.

Seemingly not ..... cry

(Mind you, Tennis Scotland and the LTA call it the Home Nations Cup whereas Tennis Wales on their tweets call it the Tri-Nations Cup - point to Tennis Wales, I feel....)

Yesterday Scotland U18 def. Wales to take the title. But the score was 4-2 and Maia's score is listed as a defeat, 0-6 0-6 retired - which makes no sense ....

However, hope she's OK

(Aidan and Ewen won, and Alexandra Hunter also def. Morgan Cross)

Leon Smith's brother, Toby, was their captain so hopefully that bodes well for Leon's turn next weekend....

Seemingly, it was the first time Scotland had won the U18s since 2012, which I find surprising. They also won the U14 and Wales won the U12.
