Thank you for that, what a gem of a match. Something to look back on in 3-4 years time. Jack shows massive progress from Wimbledon Qualifying coming back to win in challenging conditions against a talented opponent. Definitely one for your best of London Tennis Tube DVD! I would be interested to hear your top 10!

As you can imagine, the French are pretty dismissive of Crepatte's technique. But they're just being bitchy really, and the conditions were not easy.

Another great post thank you. Jack playing at a standard you rarely see on the futures tour, also it makes you realise how brilliantly he controled his game in the windy conditions of the previous post. It also sounds like Evo is getting some decent practice!

Thanks very much for these Jack Draper videos which I have finally viewed.

Certainly some great shot making, forehand bombs, lobs, some very good backhands and the serve looking as if it's coming along too ( not a bad mix! ). And he seems to be developing very good game sense for such as when to unleash and for lob opportunities. How he dealt with that extremely windy R2 ( hint ) match against Crepatte was also very impressive as to his ability to adapt.

Probably if we saw a whole match he has still to improve his consistency and he recognised that himself in his interview and that futures is still his level for now but great to be so competitive and beating players in the top 500 at still just 16 yo. And winning titles is a good habit to get into. Extremely impressive.
