Thanks again for posting, thoroughly enjoyed the final, some great stuffed played by the boys, hats off to both of them, particularly the winner!

The string of posts of the Sutton Christmas tournament gives a real opportunity to see the quality of Division I US Collegiate tennis and get a feel for the level of a player on the cusp of the top 50 (collegiate). Great stuff, quality tennis, ? Quality coffee!

Ditto to Oakland.

As said, thanks, again, Londontennistube, for the videos - they're the perfect length, really well done, and I thoroughly enjoyed them (and, yes, didn't the lads play well - very nice, clean tennis).

With reference, too, to the guy who asked about the negative likes (dislikes???), I don't normally sign into youtube or anything that needs you to give your email before you can start posting or give likes/dislikes (although I think it's a reasonable safety idea).

But, if for marketing reasons, personal satisfaction or any other reason, you wish to have more 'likes', just let me know and I'd happily sign up.

Excellent video, tx.

And great tennis, especially knowing it was the second match in the day for both players, and Ryan had had a tough one, winning 7-5 in the third, in the match before.

re funding: i wonder if you need to think outside the box a little: eg do coaches need to advertise, so their players need to be filmed, or to the LTA/clubs need to advertise their facilities, and therefore some good player matches.

Alternatively I did a quick search on charity commissioners website, key word tennis and giving grants to individuals. obviously you get the local tennis associations/clubs funding their amateur players, but a couple of generic tennis associations/trusts may point the way to other aspects and a couple are very rich!

eg Dan Maskell trust provide a  lot of disability support, with money for specialist equipment. So do these specialist equipment items need filming so they can advertise more widely?

That may not be your obvious area, but part of the issue will be to widen your network and get yourself more widely known.

Have you a website that you can post/advertise/loan out your films  eg for training purposes etc. or advertising so that you can charge.

Sorry if this is completely barking up the wrong tree.

I think these are all great ideas, Miriambee, and really useful.

I'd initially thought of the LTA - depending on whether you're wanting to be paid, or just have expenses covered, I think there'd be a great argument for the British Tour to have a host of them attached to the LTA's Adult competition website - if not, the individual clubs may love it, especially if you included the presentation (or even just some thing with a club official, club banner, whatever at the start i.e. to tie it into the club).

i.e. you could always call Sutton, for instance, show them the ones you;ve done, offer to do one, make it a bit more club-linked, and ask for travel and lunch.

NB I hope you take this the right way but I love your accent in the commentating - I really enjoy listening to it.

I'm really happy that people get it , what my motivation is , which is really about what these players do to achieve such a high level and yet get very little attention , despite the top quality  tennis , I never knew this level existed until relitivly recently and I'm blown away by what I've seen not only on the British tour, futures  but also at Sutton grade 3 , its so watchable , I think Richard Joyner did a great job at the masters and 10 k in getting an audience by the way , pity this game got no one the biggest game in British tour history

The standard is high and the edited games very enjoyable to watch. One would hope the LTA would be supportive as you are right the wider tennis playing public are oblivious to the high quality indigenous tennis scene.

From watching it, it looks like she did something (or something flared up again?) in her left leg/hip
