That set ended all of a sudden as Naomi found a purple patch and Laura went completely off. From 3-2 down Naomi must have closed out the set in under 10 minutes.

Laura was noticably rushed after catching her ball toss as well, hence a couple of double faults.

Naomi complaining can only have helped add to the issue for Laura, but to be fair it is Laura's problem to sort out.

Agreed, I saw Laura being penalised on the grass court swing for taking too long with her serve. The time stops when you hit the ball, not when you toss it up. To be fair Laura was catching it a few times on several occasions when I watched her.
