Real danger here, Jo looking uncomfortable and flushed. Pironkova 6-8 feet behind the baseline just soaking things up, and Jo getting somewhat ragged. How quickly things change.

Another Brit with extreme difficulty following on from Tara and Heather. Sounds like hyper-ventilating, and being packed in ice, doctor and trainer called, reminds you of Peng Shuai here a few years ago.
