Pretty good time for a rain delay from Dan's perspective. Nishioka had really found his rhythm on serve having only missed his first serve twice out of 18 points in the third set. Now he has to come out 3-4 down and 15-15. A couple of bad points from the off and the match would be Dan's for the taking.

Absolutely gutting loss and will feel like one that got away (it did). Still, take the positives (good fight to get to a 3rd set breaker after the ignominy of the 1st) and move on.
