Whatever's involved I am sure Dan will be a dab hand at it.

And all three of you missed a far worse, unforgivable even, not to mention inexplicable, slip, which I've now rectified!

You've got to think this is the easiest chance to win 5 points you ll get hopefully Dan can do well here after last weeks disappointment.

And nearly half an hour after CD's post the second set is concluded. Dan lost it in a TB 15-13. Unfortunately served a DF at *13-13 and then was aced.

QR2 is actually the FQR so just this one round for Dan to negotiate for 5 qualifying points.

Had MPs in the TB and so far hasn't been broken. Needs to get the job done though.

Final set 2-1*

Dan puts his trials & tribulations n the second-set tie-break, as noted in previous posts, behind him & gets there in the end in two hours seven minutes, with a love hold in the final game:

FQR:  (q2) Dan Cox WR 507 defeated (q8) Hendrik Jebens (GER) WR 1392 by 6-4 6-7(13) 6-3

I thought Dan was well & truly back in it after he quickly went *0-4 down in the tie-break, but then hauled himself back into it...  hmm
