Jake & Aidan become our first finalists at the under 16s since Kyle Edmund & Luke Bambridge in 2010 - the semi being their first match not curtailed to short sets by the weather. In general we fare much better at doubles than singles in these championships with Emily Arbuthnott & Freya Christie the most recent winners (2014 - under 18). From perusal of the homours board there have only been 2 British singles finalists at any level over the 40 or so years - Lee Childs winning the under 18s in 2000 and Kyle Edmund runner-up in the under 14s in 2009
