Yes! Wonderful work from Ms Watson and Mr Kontinen. Well done.
PS: Was it here that someone mentioned that Chris Eaton is Kontinen's coach? Naomi Cavaday also just mentioned it on the Wimbledon website commentary. Well done to him, too!

I referred to it when I posted the result of yesterday's third-round match, but only because one of the Beeb's commentators had mentioned it & the camera promptly picked him out in Kontinen's box.
As an aside, it's so good to see Hev smiling & apparently enjoying her tennis again, not to mention playing some pretty good stuff.
Hurrah! Hurrah! Ms Watson will - whatever happens - have some silverware from Wimbledon in her trophy cabinet. What a lovely thought. Well done to them both!
(NB: And it's not just us happy! I have never in my life seen so much Finnish on a Twitter search)

OK, in spite of my doubts about mixed as a properly competitive sport I watched most of the second set and enjoyed that
I defended Ostapenko in her early year match with Naomi, something of nothing when she frustratedly tossed her racket to the side and it happened to contact the ballboy. But she certainly has attitude and how she didn't at least get a warning when she absolutely slammed the ball in anger very close to Kontinen defeats me. And she maybe will at least learn the rule re a double hit.
Some great shots from Heather, she was the strength towards the end and what a smile
