I would admit that I have very much more interest in singles than in doubles, but the BBC seems to barely acknowledge that it exists.
And when we just have the one singles player in the last 16 perhaps a little more attention is due to a doubles player ( and former Wimbledon champion ) at that stage.

Presumably Wimbledon have decided to reduce the number of tv courts for the second week. The BBC have gone from 16 courts to only 9. Then at the same time they have put both Jonny's and Naomi/Heather's last 16 matches on non tv courts.
How someone could think either of these things was a good idea is just bizarre.
