Delighted to see Jonny finally getting some decent wins again, especially as his ranking was about to fall off a cliff.

I would admit that I have very much more interest in singles than in doubles, but the BBC seems to barely acknowledge that it exists.

And when we just have the one singles player in the last 16 perhaps a little more attention is due to a doubles player ( and former Wimbledon champion ) at that stage.

Presumably Wimbledon have decided to reduce the number of tv courts for the second week. The BBC have gone from 16 courts to only 9. Then at the same time they have put both Jonny's and Naomi/Heather's last 16 matches on non tv courts.

How someone could think either of these things was a good idea is just bizarre.

Ridiculous. I was looking forward to watching those matches.

Nope, definitely five:  they lead by two sets to one, having won the third by 6-4, & are about to embark on a fourth. hmm

I fear the writing may now be on the wall:  the boys were broken to 40 in the third game of the fifth set - *1-3.
