No Tara on the schedule today?

Come on Heather, you've used up your Get out of Jail Free card, now a good solid set of tennis should be enough to get the win.

No. Not even in the TBA's. Hopefully they'll give her a decent court tomorrow, schedule allowing.

Laura's doubles is TBA, and so might get shoved on Centre if things otherwise finish up early.

Heather needs to wipe that second set from her memory, where she inexplicably played some of her worst ever tennis - having been fine, good even, in the first set.

Not a great start, Beck very solid and Heather missing.

A double break is still recoverable though at the speed Beck is serving.

83, 33, 29 - Heather's first serve win % in each of the three sets, really underlines the precipitous drop in form.
Double break down 6-3 0-6 0-3*
Seems a very long time since we've had a 'classic' Hev comeback - they used to be so regular.
Needs one now, but we might need to hope forlornly for more rain...

I was hoping she would be a TBA and put on centre

This is shameful from Heather. Absolutely embarrassing "tennis".

This is a frustrating watch. All Heather needs to do is hit one shot into the corner, get a soft response from beck and hit it into the other corner, but often she makes an error before it gets that far. The only positive is that Beck looks nervy.

Can't watch while I am at work, so following the text commentary. The unforced error count is painful.

Steady on, old chap.

Bad, certainly. Shameful?

There we go - Heather puts a few good points together and wins 2 games easily. Can she keep it up for 3 more games?

Back level *4-4
Hold here would be massive.
