Very impressed that Ryan took a set off the veteran Brit-basher, while Josh seems to be taking full advantage of the fact that this is Arevalo's first senior match on grass , though the Salvadoran did play Wimbledon juniors 8 years ago, going out in straight sets in R1.

GB on a shirt, Davis Cup still gleaming, 79 years of hurt, never stopped us dreaming ... 29/11/2015 that dream came true!
These two certainly seem to stand out among our juniors at the moment. And at a time when the cupboard is a bit bare there and notably also into the early senior years of GB men's tennis they are two players who the LTA need to really be helping along the way much more than the odd WC, while no doubt these are appreciated.
Things are really going very well at the top end of GB men's tennis just now but it is a worry how little we have in late teens and early twenties. Hence assuredly the need to support these two guys.
Milts was on fire today, until 6-0 5-2 40-0, it got a bit tense for us spectators at the end, but Milts always had it under control I think. When he plays like that, you want him to carry on and never hang up his racquet.
Ryan also played a great match, and Lloyd was so unlucky not to get anything out of his match.
Finally Jay showed again why he's got a great future, pushing his much higher ranked opponent all the way. He doesn't really have any weaknesses and looks like he enjoys every second on court.

The weather is forecast to be really dodgy for Monday, and then a lot better for the rest of the week, Priesty.
To be honest, the forecasters here have had problems this last week, and may well be wrong, but if you could, you might want to try and re-arrange to go on Tuesday?????
