Nice scheduling not for Emily App so late in the day, assuming the weather allows her to play at all and complete, given she probably wants to be back down in London for tomorrow's WC play-offs if she loses. Win and I guess she just misses them.

Interesting that all the women's doubles were relegated to indoors, whilst the men got to play outdoors.
And that they prioritised finishing mens doubles over women's singles, with players who were half way through a rain interrupted singles match then being moved indoors to play their doubles.
Also eventhough it was bone dry, for most of yesterday, they only played a full schedule on centre and one, other outside courts were unused for much of the day.
On yesterday's play so pleased for Sam, she really dominated that final set, but LK kept breaking back, and that last game to serve out was so tough, her opponent producing some massive returns, which she hadn't done for most of the match. Sam was visibly so excited about the win afterwards, had a quick word with her as well and you could tell the huge joy she had from the victory.
