Raining quite heavily in Central London, wouldn't expect they've got much longer at Surbiton, and looks pretty dark for miles around.

Raining now. Nice scheduling to get all of guys done before the rain came.

Well, there's still Brydan.....

(and some non-Brit men....)

The main courts were streamed, of course.

But on the 'outside' courts:

Ed played a decent match. Not the best match of tennis you'll ever see, from either player, but Ed stuck well to the task in hand, supported by bro and a few other Goslings, and deserved the win, which was neat enough, rather than spectacular (as is Ed's wont), and good to see. Well done to him.

Josh Milton played pretty well too (although I don't think he was too pleased). But Copil is top 200 for a reason, and was just a bit too strong for him. Not sure we'll see a great deal more of Josh, which will be a shame.

I meant to say all of "our guys", as in Brits. I forgot about Klein because for the most part I just ignore him.

Doesn't sound if the courts are in great nick, surely not worse than Ilkley.

Which is exactly as it should be on grass courts.

Looking forward to another days excellent tennis, is anyone else of the opinion that Liam's ground strokes and serve in particular have more weight this year, tough game today but winnable probably our best chance of getting two players in the semis.

You are right Oakland but I just have that feeling of an upset in the Brown Corrie match......I'd love it come true!
