I wouldn't say it's amazing luck for Laura to draw Larcher de Brito as she has just won 3 matches to qualify, but clearly still a nice draw (what would have been amazing luck was if Konjuh had given it a go despite being injured) and that now makes 6 pretty good draws out of 6. Would have been a hotly anticipated match a few years ago.

Freya underway and saves multiple break points in the opening game to hold.

Freya not doing herself justice early doors. Too much down the middle and same paced. Zheng getting lots of easy open spaces.

Hopefully she can get going a bit more as the match progresses

That last game to hold for 3-4* seemed a bit better. 

Agree with PaulM that she's been rather too safe for much of the set, and a bit careless as well. 

Freya's return of serve not been impressive

Some more good shots as she holds to 40 for 4-5*

Freya is at least saving lots of break points, which is keeping the score close and giving her time to settle.

Much like the match. Christie looks nervous, understandably in front of her hometown crowd, but this is winnable if she plays as well as she can.

Freya gets her big chance, break point 2nd serve and dumps her return in the net. 5th time she's failed to return a 2nd serve this set.

Can't put my finger on it, but there's something not quite right with her forehand. Needs to get more returns of serve back into court.
