Wow, was that them saying Andy has saved 29 of 30 career BPs vs Isner and that was followed by another ?!

( edit : looking at their career head to head Isner has only won one set not on a tiebreak, a 6-3 one, so one break ever against Andy looks possible )

Important hold that for 5-2*, now *5-3, to help put Isner away as perfunctorily as possible

He was playing well until the rain break, then fell apart and lost 10 of the next 12 games. Seems to have steadied the ship in set three.

Murray's level has dropped a bit since failing to go *5-1 up (having had 15-40 at 4-1*). Fended off break points in the last game, and in another tussle in this service game. Saves another BP to take it to deuce.

Nishikori gets a set back against Gasquet but still trails 2 sets to 1. Whoever wins, I am hoping it goes deep into the 5th set.

So no play at all today. It is going to make the scheduling interesting. The fact that Andy's half of the draw is a round ahead of the top half, is going to be a distinct advantage and more than outweighs the fact that Andy has already played two 5 setters.
