Congrats to Mandy (and Alice) for the win, wonderful to have a second $25k title - and great to see Mandy recover something worthwhile from the week after her terrible singles draw to start it!
She's still down, as about ALT25, for Surbiton. She was due to discuss whether to play on grass with her coach after Chiasso.
I think she's probably only playing a 10k next week because her ranking per the entry list is 424 - it's now down to 284 - so she wouldn't have made any 25k+ lists that week.
She could still do with defending her 15 points from Surbiton? 2015, without which she'll be outside the top 300 again.

Apr 30, in a rare original tweet, Amanda touched on this: " [Still] not sure whether I [will] be going to grass this year need to sit down with coach and look at the tournaments"
I'd love to see Mandy play a few tournaments on grass this year - and would be nice if they gave her a WC for Surbiton considering her performance there last year and her current ranking!
I'm firmly in the pro Mandy for a MD Wimbledon WC camp, this year. I'm sure she'd come over for that
Sorry just can't see that to be honest she is ranked 284 and is 25/26 years old I can only see Katie Swan and Laura Robson getting MDWC for Wimbledon
Just to be clear, I don't think it will happen, sadly. But I think it should.
This year I think Amanda has shown enough, to be given one chance, only the one, rather than handing the spot back. Looking at the ranks of other GS nations in their (women's) distribution, she's now in a reasonable, comparable bracket at the upper end. Players are peaking later 28-29+. This could be the financial security she needs to really maximise her potential.
I'm against WC overall, but as they aren't going away, whilst they still exist, I think Mandy this year is as deserving as anyone.
