Week 19 - Futures - Portugal F5 ($10,000) - Lisbon (hard)

They are back on court. In fact, two of the four ongoing matches didn't go off at all, so it can't be too bad.

Since the resumption, Jonny has started a recovery and is now back to 4-5*

On serve in the 2nd as Jonny leads 3-2*. I am not enjoying this at all.

Busted biggrin

I think you know what I mean though.  Just so tough, knowing both the guys and wanting both of them to win.  I would still rather be there than Rome though.

So little to choose between them as Jonny saves 3 BPs to hang onto his lead at 5-3*

Jonny wins the battle of the Brits 4-6 6-3 6-3

Tough on Scott, but good luck to Jonny for the rest of the week. I am sure Scott will be sitting courtside to support him in the next round.

Weather permitting, Jonny will play his L16 match today as well which will be tough after a long 3 setter. The only consolation is that his opponent, whoever that may be, is still on court and playing a long 3 setter of his own.
