Week 19 - Challenger ($100,000+H) - Seoul, South Korea (Hard)

Can see Dan having another good run here although Lu could be tricky

Zemlja is a tricky opening match. He is seriously under ranked after lengthy injury problems and has been in decent form of late.

2nd seed Chung has withdrawn so there is already a lucky loser spot

R1:  Dan Evans & Lloyd Glasspool CR 893 (624+269) vs Gong Mao-Xin & Yi Chu-HUan (CHN/TPE) CR 274 (135+139)

It gets even tougher:  should the boys win that one, they'll almost certainly come up against the top seeds, Groth & Paes. hmm

Remind me on LL rule for challengers. Does it go to the highest ranked player remaining - Broady?

As the LL place has opened up before the end of qualifying, then the top x+1 players (where x is the number of LL places) are randomly sorted for the LL place, so it isn't guaranteed.

So if Liam and Alex both lose, it will go to one or other of them, assuming another LL spot doesn't appear that is.  Personally I prefer the strategy where they both win.

Some very tasty qualifier spots available, for anyone who can avoid the Milkman.

Millman v Q
Q v Q
WC v Q
Zhang v Q

Lloyd hasn't found his straps so far out there, but Alex looks to be playing very well. I really don't know what Alex's preferred surface is these days.
Good win for Liam.

Tricky draw for Evo against last week's beaten semi finalist.
