A lot of British interest in the top rated junior event of the week, including Salsomaggiore G2 winner Jodie Burrage opting to change countries (there is another G2 in Italy)
Jodie's first opponent has won a healthy percentage of her matches so far, including a G3 title, so could be testing

From what DavidC says, that wasn't an easy draw and she swept through.
Great to see her having such a good run of form.
And Georgie Axon, too, has got her mojo back. She seemed to be really struggling for any results a few months ago but has clocked up some decent wins recently.
Shame that Alexis couldn't scrape into the top 50 this week - would have been a nice achievement. It's not easy for him...
Play was abbreviated but Alastair has posted a comprehensive 3 & 0 win. Ryan lost the first set on a tiebreak but is 3-1 up in the second. Finn leads 7-5 3-2 and the rest haven't started
Jodie will be JR37 if she loses tomorrow, and JR29 if she wins.
JR29 would make her No4 seed at next week's Grade 1 in Italy, if she'd entered. At her next booked outing, if she got through qualifiers at the Belgian Open, JR29 would also be 4th seed in the MD. Participants in the latter rounds of the Belgian Open can get a special exemption into Roland Garros MD, as Emily Arb did last year.
Georgie also racked up a career best points score, which should see her enter the top 100.
Further good news - Jodie has confirmed on Twitter that she won the final (ITF has no score yet). There is also a picture at pbs.twimg.com/media/Ch2tMBDWwAAFlF-.jpg
