Kyle's currently warming up.

Should get started at just about the same time as Andy finishes off Simon!

Kyle had a couple of BPs in the first game, but it's on serve at 1-1.

Kyle gets an early break on about his 5th BP and leads *2-1

I can see Rola getting time violation warnings in this match. His slow tempo makes it painful watching at times.

Kyle to serve again for the set at *5-4

Clearly not firing on all cylinders at the moment. Hoping he will still have enough though.

Does anyone know if Kyle has a coach traveling with him at the moment ? I know his dad is on the road with him, but I have seen tweets from Ryan Jones working at the NTC in the UK over the last week or so. Just wondering if anyone else is working with Kyle right now.

Kyle wins four points in a row from 40-15 down to break in the opening game. Stunning defensive lob on the break point that Rola barely managed to get a racquet on. *1-0.

His coach prior to Beechy was with him in Portugal ( John Black ), I mentioned it in that thread, and as I got no reaction I assumed I was a bit slow on the uptake, but maybe not !
