I see that Eurosport are showing delayed coverage of Kyle's match tonight at 11pm, shame its not live but better than nothing.

Nice to see Kyle playing with Frederico again. Their partnership at junior level was quite something.

I think the word you are looking for is very good! Junior champions on two very different surfaces (and grass wasn't a total disaster either SF) and they gave the Australian open a miss.

I wonder if the pair are going to schedule a few spring and summer outings together, which might be rather interesting. I hadn't cottoned on who Kyle's partner was when I made my rather cynical ( moi ? ) comment re him just reminding the LTA / AELTC that he could play doubles.

Big challenge in the QF, Huey and Mirnyi are in very good form.

Kyle leads the head-to-head by 1-0 (he beat him by 3-6 6-2 6-3 in the quarter-finals of the Challenger in Le Gosier [hard court] last year).

First set in the bag by 7-6(4).

I wonder if Kyle might see if he can get a WC into some of the British Grass court tournaments with FFS while also looking at a possible Wimbledon WC.
