Already at a CH 400. this week is now helping him start to move up the 300s. Nothing to defend for the next 3 months ( since he simply wasn't playing ITFs this time last year ), it will be interesting to see how far he can progress in the short term, particularly through the grass season. But the much bigger unknown and interest is longer term.

Lloyd is probably the best example I have seen of a British player utilizing the college system to grow his game to an extent where he finished as a top div 1 college player i.e. He has improved well beyond a level one may have predicted given his junior rank, it will be interesting to see where he sits after his first year on tour.
The cusp juniors i.e. those where it was a split decision based on their junior rank as to whether to go pro or take the more conservative option seem to be able to step in and win IFT events and perhaps the best, negotiate a round or two of challengers depending on their draw. Really interesting year purely just from a benchmarking perspective but Lloyd increasingly looking like he will be at that sort of level in three months.
Quite an achievement, he will get some great opportunities this summer to push on. Wimbledon qualifying should be a good watch.
Out of interest, Oakland, what would you say is a cusp junior rating for going pro. I'm curious at the numbers of low ranking players who are still flogging the tour in mid-late twenties, still in the 1000s. Do you know of any low-ranking juniors who somehow transcended their junior ranking and became top 200 players?
